Information clause

  1. The administrator of the given data is GOODMORNING POLSKA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Złotów (77-400) at ul. Mickiewicza 5a,
  2. Contact details regarding personal data protection, including contact details of the Personal Data Protection Inspector, will be available at infopl@goodmorning.eu
  3. Personal data are processed in order to carry out the recruitment process, and the scope of mandatory data results from the provisions of the Labor Code.
  4. Personal data will be made available to employers for employment or for further stages of recruitment in accordance with the purpose of processing.
  5. Data may be disclosed to subcontractors only in the scope of services provided to the data administrator, in particular to the application service, the hoster, external staff and accounting.
  6. Data will be kept for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted if you do not take up a job. If you voluntarily agree to participate in future recruitment, the data will be stored for one year.
  7. You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data relating to yourself, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object and the right to transfer data.
  8. If you agree to the processing of data in future recruitments, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, however, the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawing consent will stop processing data for recruitment. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
  9. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in recruitment.
  10. Data shared by you will not be profiled.
  11. The data controller will not transfer personal data to a third country. The data controller has no intention of transferring personal data to an international organization.
